WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We have a zero return/exchange policy unless product comes damaged. In that case, please send an email to clothing.betterdays@gmail.com. We know sizing can be tricky and appreciate your business, so if you have any questions please reach out before you purchase. There is a size chart image on each product in the shop. Thank you, ily.

WHEN WILL MY ITEMS BE SHIPPED? 

While embracing the idea of "slow fashion", we make each of our products in small batches on order to avoid excess wasted clothing, thus creating a more eco-friendly environment and company. Due to this, please allow 2 weeks (could be much sooner) for your quality products to be created and shipped with love. You will receive a shipping confirmation email when your item has shipped with a tracking number that you can follow. Every time you purchase from betterdays, you are in support of small business with a dream to make the world a happier, compassionate, and more unified family.

TRACKING INFORMATION STATES PACKAGE HAS BEEN DELIVERED BUT IT IS NOT.  

Once a package has been marked as "Delivered", there is nothing we can do. Please contact your local post office to further inquire about the packages' whereabouts. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING/CUSTOMS

We do ship worldwide! However, we reserve the right to cancel and refund any order that is deemed potentially fraudulent by Shopify's payment system. International shipping prices vary by country and the weight of your order. BETTERDAYS™ does not take any responsibility for any customs charges, fees, etc. Customs charges are different for every country. Check with your countries customs if you have any questions beyond us on receiving your package. 

TRACKING MY PACKAGE

Once your order leaves us, please contact the shipping provider for any updates regarding the status of your shipment. At that point it is out of our hands and all we can do is check the tracking number which we provided you with. Any international orders that are in-transit for over 20 days, please reach out to your local customs office to see if the package has been held up in customs and is requesting a customs fee. Any domestic orders that have not been marked as "in transit" within 14 days, please email us at clothing.betterdays@gmail.com.

PACKAGE RETURNED TO US 

When a package is returned to us due to address issues, we will contact you to organize a new delivery. If you do not respond to our email within 30 days, your order is Null & Void. 

DAMAGED PRODUCT

In the rare case that your product comes damaged, please contact us at clothing.betterdays@gmail.com and we will get it all worked out! Please be aware that our products are screen-printed, so small flaws or flecks are likely to happen and are apart of the product. <3
